  • TowPro Wearables (smart watches and wristbands)

4.2 Subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions provide access to services such as vessel tracking via the Iridium satellite network.

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

  • Yacht Sentinel Ltd reserves the right to adjust subscription fees with 30 days’ notice.

4.3 Demos

  • Online demos are for informational purposes only.

  • Participation in a demo does not constitute a sale or subscription.

  • We may record demos for training or quality purposes.

5. Payment and Billing

  • Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

  • You agree to provide valid and complete payment information.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for non-payment.

  • All fees exclude taxes unless explicitly stated.

6. Intellectual Property
